Being five is hard.

It doesn’t matter how many times you make the shot—the misses keep getting you down.

The world seems big.

And your capacity to manage frustration is small.



I was there, little guy.

You hit more than I would have thought possible.

And next time, you’ll be even better.

Growth and practice and determination will do that.

Trust me.
